• Book a call — name, email, optional business name, project details, notes, and your chosen time slot. This applies to both the free discovery call on our contact page and the quote-review call on our checkout page.
• Build a quote — the services and add-ons you select. If you book a call, your quote selections are stored with your booking so we can review them together. No personal data is required until you book.
• Email us directly — your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not collect phone numbers, payment card details, or any information through third-party analytics or advertising trackers — we do not use them.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide quotes.
• Schedule and manage calls via Google Calendar, including generating the Google Meet link for your booking.
• Send you confirmation, quote, and reschedule emails related to your booking.
• Keep an internal record of your inquiry in our CRM so we can follow up, track project status, and manage our relationship with you.
• Improve our website, services, and content.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not send marketing newsletters — the emails you receive are transactional and relate to a booking you made.

To deliver our services, your information is processed by a small set of third-party providers:

• Google Calendar & Google Meet — when you book, we create a calendar event and Meet link. Google emails you the invite using your name and email. Processed under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our CRM database where booking requests, quotes, and inquiry records are securely stored. Processed under Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails such as your quote confirmation and reschedule notices. Processed under Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website. Like any web host, it may log standard request data (IP address, browser type) for security and operational purposes. Processed under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

These providers may process data outside the Philippines. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and data protection commitments.

Visitors to our marketing pages receive no cookies at all — we do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or social pixels.

Our staff-only areas (/admin and /dev) set a single signed session cookie used solely to keep our team logged in. It is never set for visitors and is not used for tracking.

Some pages embed images and icon fonts served by third-party CDNs (such as Pexels and jsDelivr). When your browser loads these resources, the CDN receives the same request information any website visit exposes — your IP address and browser type. We do not share any additional data with these providers.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and respond to your inquiries. Booking and quote data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

• Object to or withdraw consent for processing.
